@EA_Illium Solos and h2h just keep searching never finding an opponent. I think I qued for 10 minutes just to try it out.
as per solo challenges it just tells me “our servers cannot process your request at this time. please Try again later.
@EA_Illium problem didn’t start until after I generated best lineup

Hey @ThatoneguyNow Thanks for this, we might be running into an issue the team is aware of based on the error message. To check can you power cycle your entire console then relaunch the game and see if you can find a match after? If not have you changed your line up since?
I have power cycled, uninstall reinstalled, changed lineup. Everything. It’s now 2 weeks of missing content for me all field passes.

@ThatoneguyNow Thanks for this update, we might be running into on-going issues with Field Pass that the team is investigating. Once I have a further update I can post it in this thread. It would be much appreciated, I like playing mut but whatever the problem is has caused me not to be able to play anything online. Whether it is mut or franchise
@EA_Illium here we are about to be a month since the problem started of me not being able to play any madden game mode online, from madden ultimate team (no solos battles, no challenges, h2h, or even participate in house rules.(also missed out on limited cards, events xp which is gonna make it so I can’t complete battle passes including Halloween even, cp field pass, the new thanksgiving one)). No play vs a friend online, no franchise online. Just shy of the middle of October I made the first report of the problem and I get no answers nor do I receive an update or ETA on when it’ll be fixed. I’m highly upset as someone that has owned every madden since 1996 and still have my cartridges. Is there anything I can be updated with or should I just give up on madden in general.

What is wrong with solo battles? I am so tired of this. You are hurting people who haven't completed challenges and I want rewards for your screw ups. We need you to give us a 91 or 92 players, because I have been there since early release. It is getting old or completed rewards. I am tired of this. I wonder if the players who play your tournament have same issues that as user who play for fun do. This is passing me off that out of everything that has been wrong with this game, this is one fix you still have not fixed. I want rewards and I want rewards like you give the tournament players if there is a screw up on there systems. Plus like I said I have been playing since early release and you have given me nothing when it goes down and I don't get the challenges completed. Fix it or find someone else who can.
Well you are getting a message on solo, I get the stupid leader board and the level board. I can't search or play. They need to make this right and determine an awarded player, based on how many times this happen to players, and how long you have playing the game. I bet the top 10 players have there own special programmer that squishes there problem right away. And give them big rewards to keep playing. But I guess I guess we don't matter, so they could care less about us.
My message isn’t just on solo battles it’s online franchise, h2h anything in madden ultimate team, except the ability to buy points
totally agree make right. this happens to me every week. monry is all that matters to EA. they don't give a sh!t if we can play or not
If this community would keep bumping this and commenting on it, we can get them to actually do something with this possibly. It’s ridiculous

Well after my three day ban I can speak again, they passed out a title update since my post and it didn’t fix a thing. To the point where customer support doesn’t know what to do just get a refund. ( Microsoft won’t give a refund more than sixty days after purchase. Over a month of waiting for a fix, and even I know it’s a server side issue where it seems people are basically banned without being actually banned. They aren’t attempting to fix the problem. They don’t care.
