Hey @ThatoneguyNow Thanks for this, we might be running into an issue the team is aware of based on the error message. To check can you power cycle your entire console then relaunch the game and see if you can find a match after? If not have you changed your line up since?
I have power cycled, uninstall reinstalled, changed lineup. Everything. It’s now 2 weeks of missing content for me all field passes.

It would be much appreciated, I like playing mut but whatever the problem is has caused me not to be able to play anything online. Whether it is mut or franchise

@EA_Illium here we are about to be a month since the problem started of me not being able to play any madden game mode online, from madden ultimate team (no solos battles, no challenges, h2h, or even participate in house rules.(also missed out on limited cards, events xp which is gonna make it so I can’t complete battle passes including Halloween even, cp field pass, the new thanksgiving one)). No play vs a friend online, no franchise online. Just shy of the middle of October I made the first report of the problem and I get no answers nor do I receive an update or ETA on when it’ll be fixed. I’m highly upset as someone that has owned every madden since 1996 and still have my cartridges. Is there anything I can be updated with or should I just give up on madden in general.

It’s been doing the same thing ever since i started playing MUT have you got it fixed yet?
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium What about franchise play now live not being updated as promised are you looking into that too?
