this is still happening well over a month later. they mark it as fixed yet don't fix anything. I'm still without my BND 87 from solos too. glad to see EA loves its PC community this much!

Yep, I moved on sold my Campus heroes. Its been almost 2 months now and I haven't even gotten an EA representative to reply or respond to me with so much as an update. I opened a Help ticket with EA help and they said to wait. I asked them to leave the ticket open until a resolution were available but they closed 3 separate tickets one after another. This is a lost cause.
