Madden 21 road to glory

Hello,

I've just purchased Madden 21 to play Road to Glory, but I'm experiencing constant issues. I've reinstalled the game, deleted the reserved save space, restarted the Xbox—basically everything suggested online—and nothing seems to work.

I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
