I've had the same issue and can't et it to work even when I do go to ea help website

You may also need to delete the save file for this game only: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/data_system.html

Whenever I don't play my franchise for a while it says the file was corrupted or deleted and can't be played it's really annoying I had an amazing career 26 rushing touchdowns in 12 games and now I can't play it so fix your awful game I'm on ps4 btw but your game sucks anyway so
