I tried several approaches:
1) Restarted Origin several times
2) Rebooted
3) Reinstalled Origin
4) Added Origin in antivirus\firewall exceptions
5) Deleted the game
Only the last one showed some results: I managed to get Earth DLC installed but now the problem moved to Extended Cut, Leviathan and Resurgence DLCs.
As for the network activity, I looked it up into the Process Explorer, and it seems that when I push the download button Origin opens TCP/IP connection (or two) and after that shows no activity.
Could you please advise where it is possible to download earlier Origin version?
