I play on PS4 and I have checked connectivity status on the main screen for PS4 and it is connected perfectly but just says that the connection to the server gets disconnected. I have even reconnected the internet connection every time but it still happens a few times a day during online h2h play a friend or even on challenges against the cpu as well
Community ManagerTry rebooting your network and power cycle the console. This is a great first step to seeing if things improve. If you're on a WiFi connection, try going wired for a few games or a weekend just to test and see if the root cause could be related to the WiFi bandwidth. I have two channels on my router, so switching to the other one might help. We have some extra steps below in the link via a help article from our site. I've seen connectivity improve after updating the router's firmware to the latest version (you have to login to your router's admin panel).

Thanks for the replies but I don’t use WiFi it’s hard wired and the connection internet wise is amazing I’ve tested the download upload and pings on my internet multiple times but it only disconnects to the server while it’s still connected to the internet
