We are unable to assist with BAN disputes or provide information on Answers HQ. You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team for further assistance.

    I've already reached out to TOS and they have commented. However, I am unable to access account nor get my money back. There is no fix for this known issue that has been occurring since the launch of the game. So how are you guys going to justify falsely banning accounts and then unable to restore them knowing that this issue has been occurring for quite some time?

    Unfortunately you will have to accept that the account is gone. Electronic arts ? More like electronic FRAUDS. Absolutely bemusing how a multi billion dollar company can be as bad as this yet still make revenue after revenue year in year out. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across 

    I’ve had this issue for quite some time. Account was falsely banned for cheating, Decision was reversed and my ban showing as overturned in ban history. Still can’t access my mut or anything other than play now. 

    these EA community managers are useless too, always copying and pasting from their answer pages with replies

    There is a TOS team & there is EA SUPPORT & there are EA community managers (CMs here in this forum, on Facebook & Twitter).

    Here is what each of these three groups (of nice EA people) can do for you:

    1. An EA agent at EA SUPPORT can only check the status of your Ban, and maybe(?) urges your case to the TOS team;
    2. EA CM can sometimes fix some specifics for certain games, but usually, they can't do "anything based on a public" social media/forum post ☹️
    3. only the TOS Team can unban or sometimes give information about the "ban reason".

  • I have paid for a service and game which I am not receiving. Firstly 3 weeks ago I was incorrectly permanently banned and this was reversed when a review was carried out by the TOS team who clearly knew I’ve not cheated at all as the only thing I’ve played is SOLO CHALLENGES AND NOT A SINGLE ONLINE GAME. 2 weeks have gone and I cant play any game mode. Like how bad does EA have to be to ban me for no reason whatsoever and after unbanning me I’m still doomed cause that’s how bad EA is. 

    This is theft and I want a refund. I bought this game on sale in January and it’s biggest mistake I’ve made.
