This is not likely to be an error caused by Origin itself.
Can you post your Dxdiag here so we can take a look for you please?

Thanks.

Seeing as you are not using multiple GPUs (SLI), I do no think that is related to your issue.
You do have Bluscreens and Windows crashes in your Dxdiag so the following steps should be attempted before contacting your hardware manufacturer for help.
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

I tried everything now Barry. Reinstalled Windows 10, updatet Bios, used Driver Updater, set Intel Card to off... Still the same issue.
I checked the dump files with WhoCrashed, here is what i got:
Crash dump directories:
C:\WINDOWS
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 416.16 , NVIDIA Corporation).

I know the following is counter intuitive but could you try using older video drivers, maybe the 399.xx or 398.xx ones?

There is not a specific compatibility issue with that GPU. Have you tried the above troubleshooting steps?
Thanks.
