Re: Unknown Error upon login

@EA_Blueberry I checked for updates, and it’s updated to the latest version, and I can’t try connecting while off wifi since I don’t have data/service at the moment.

Are you able to reboot the modem/router and the toggle WiFi off and back on? There could be an issue with the WiFi link. 

Also, we've seen unknown errors pop up with some parental control apps or certain routers, not sure if that could be the case.

I did that, but still get the same error. Additionally I tried at a different location(with a different WiFi router), and still get the same error. As for parental control apps, I do not have any, nor do I have the iOS parental controls.

Do you get this error when you launch the game or when you try to sign into the app? 

I know not everyone has unlimited mobile data, was curious if you were able to disable WiFi to see if you can log into the game real quickly and then swap back to WiFi. This error can be related to WiFi which would be good to know so we can isolate the problem.

I get the error after I try signing in(ill click continue as guest, then it pops up), so i guess when i try and sign into the app. 

As for the cellular data, I don't have any at the moment, so I can't test that out unfortunately

Thanks for the info. Are you trying to sign in through Google, Apple, or with Facebook?

I am trying to sign in with Apple. I also tried signing in as a guest, but the same issue occurs.

Are you able to sign into the same Apple account under a different device? This way we can determine if it's device or account related?

Unfortunately, I currently don't have another Apple device i can test this on.

Ah, okay. At this point, I have to encourage you to contact our Support team so they can pull up your account to verify whether there are any account limitations on having you access the game.
