In-game ads fail to launch (iOS/iPhone SE)

Programs in Madden are designed to require users to play in-game ads to gain enough stamina to max them out.  Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug on iOS devices that sometimes prevent the ads from launching.  The ads do not play, and no stamina is granted.  It's very frustrating to spend on VIP packs and then be prevented from completing events due to in-game bugs.

    Hey, @JackiCC 

    The team is aware that some ads may not be available for certain devices and regions. We'll let them know you're experiencing this with the new promo.

    If you are still having trouble, here are some steps we recommend to see if it will allow you to get stamina.

    For iOS:
    1. Close your game
    2. Go to your device settings
    3. Go to Privacy
    4. Scroll down to Advertising
    5. Reset Advertising Identifier
    6. Restart your device
    7. Launch the game again
     
    For Android:
    1. Close your game
    2. Go to settings
    3. Go to Google: Services & preferences
    4. Go to Ads
    5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"
    6. Click OK
    7. Restart your device
    8. Launch the game again

    @JackiCC I’m on an iPhone and when I hit an in-game video other than the Training Center videos I have to back out the game, swipe off it from the phone screen and then reopen the game……. It works every time now! We’ve had this issue over the last several years so you’re not alone!
