Hi @Oakcali73. 

Let's try running through some troubleshooting here to see if we can get this fixed for you. First, try the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. That can help out with quite a few different connection-related issues. 

If you're still having trouble after that we also have some more platform-specific steps that might help as well: 

- Xbox

- PlayStation 4

- PC

    Were you able to try running through any of the steps I recommended? Are you still having trouble connecting when you're trying to play with your friend?
