Same for me on PC. Trying to trade a LOLB for a 2nd round, 100% interest, trade declined. Tried all the way to 7th round and it still won't go through.

I figured out my issue. Trading a player for a pick would have given them 54/53. I threw in a terrible player from their team and the trade went through. Seems they could have just taken the player and cut someone, but works for me.
