Bro where’s my 50% off, would be nice to get a response from one of you “community managers” why I’m in a discord for maximum football and the DEVS respond to us but you guys as “community managers” don’t???

This don’t help me as I’m a ps5 user, I have all the proof in the world, @EA_Illium , do the right thing man and give a lifelong customer who lost his franchises 50% off. I filed a report with the BBB regardless, you guys are NOT a class company.

Madden support is a joke.  They don't respond and they don't protect customers data.  The only way to make them fix this game, which has had the same issues for years is to not buy the game.  It's the customers fault for putting up with this.

You literally have helped no one in this thread. Why is it that we can’t get an actual human to help on these issues? Why did you send an email to all of us saying we would get beta codes before the beta began? We would get 50% off…we would not have to do anything….that another email would be in the way…I got absolutely nothing and NO ONE from EA will actually answers any of my questions directly. You managed to kiss me off more by offering all these “make-up offers” and then didn’t make good on them. Do you not see how ridiculous this is?
