Madden 24 discount

I did not receive an email for the madden 24 discount or beta code are these still going out? I lost a full franchise with 32 users.

Bro where’s my 50% off, would be nice to get a response from one of you “community managers” why I’m in a discord for maximum football and the DEVS respond to us but you guys as “community managers” don’t???

    Hi @TK9da_realest To confirm we work here on the Answers HQ forums. We are unable to see messages in Discord and don't have control over your platform's marketplace.

    All players who are eligible for the discount will get an email sent to the address on their EA Account, as well as an in-game message to let them know.

      @EA_Illium there was a community post which said contact EA help if you had the franchise problem and didn't receive an email yet, even if you have the right (matching) email address... I have been trying to get that fixed and was then told (by the people who i'd been directed to) that they can't do anything about it?

      Can you give me an email address or something specific I can go to so I can get this sorted please? I've been trying for months and feel at this stage like I'm being gaslit by different EA employees telling me different things...

        Hi @hdcantona You can make a case at the link below to contact our Help Team. 

        To confirm they are separate from us, where we help provide information and assistance with bug reports and minor technical issues. Our EA Help Team assists with things like accounts issues, orders, TOS actions, etc.

      No no thanks, I’m literally sending proof and I still can’t get my discount?? This is the response you guys really are jokes man, I lost 4 seasons of a lot of customization and hard work, n not to get a email, as a lifelong customer, is unacceptable. People who don’t even play franchise got discount 

      codes, what’s going on with y’all????
