@EA_Blueberry I play it on Xbox one and i have all of the packs but the abilities is what missing. I reinstalled the game and the content and still nothing

If you pre-ordered it digitally through Xbox you didn't need to redeem a code for the pre-order bonus, so when you create a new Face of the Franchise are you prompted by the reported to select 1 of the 4 traits?

That's strange. If you go to your Microsoft account purchase history does it show that it was pre-ordered? We recommend reaching out to Xbox Support to double-check it was successfully triggered a pre-order purchase.
@EA_BlueberryYes it shows that it was preordered. I have contacted xbox support and they have verified that I should have the content and recommended that I contact ea support to receive the content. I feel like I'm just getting the run around and that's disappointing.
