With the randomizer functioning as it is said to work, I should never receive the same card in a pack. There have been numerous occurrences where I have received the same card 3 times in a pack. With having spent over $700 in bundles, one would tend to think I would have been able to build a single boss legend, but when I keep getting the same cards in the pack how can I?

I have bought Madden every year since it first came out in the late 80's. I spend more money on Madden Ultimate Team every year than I do on the physical game. With that said, I bought MUT Points, and used it to purchase the "10x 88+ Playoffs Player pack". When I opened the pack...I literally drew Damontae Kazee, FS for the Steelers, FOUR TIMES out of ten!!! Like...are you serious EA?!?!? That is theft. Fraud. Robbery. The fact that I paid for 10 players at 88+ and I drew the same player 4 times...out of 10 cards...that's literally statistically IMPOSSIBLE. The odds of drawing the same card 4 times out of 10 from a player pool of 14 teams in the playoffs with 53 players on each roster...thats 742 players in total in the playoffs. Ok...so my odds of getting Kazee is 1/742. I'm no mathematician...but 1/742 and then translating those odds...4/10 (2/5)...to the whatever power blah blah blah...ya'll get the point. If the system is designed to be random...then there is absolutely no statistical way that should ever happen...since it did...that tells me that the system is either a) fraudulent or, b) has a bug or glitch in the system. Plain and simple. The computer randomizes the packs, and if it has the power to do that...it surely has the power to make sure that odds like that are truly the odds that they are. I can understand a duplicate once in a blue moon...but never ever see 3 of the same or 4 of the same or more...that is fraud. Hope no one else has had this happen to them...and if it has...I hope you complain and use your voice to speak the truth to EA that they can't continue to abuse their loyal players like this and expect us to just take it and pre-order and do it all over again next year and the year after that and the year after that.

Just had a legends 4x 1of2 83+ got the same 2 players all 4 times… feel like that is a glitch or rigged or I should play lottery because the odds of that happening has to be less likely than getting struck by lightning
