I moved your post to the Madden board.
Your Nintendo Switch controller is a DirectInput controller, you need software that makes the game "think" it is an XInput controller, like XInput wrapper or x360ce.

man i have this problem when i want to play fifa 22 all my buttons are weirdly mixed up like o is arrow up x is arrow left if you know how to solve this plz contact me
