No it doesn’t work I haven’t been able to claim my auctions for weeks

Was your issue ever resolved? I had the same issue and also posted it. I also posted a YouTube video that same issue but my issue was never resolved. Lost 60k-70k and my player. I fell off the game after that because EA pretty much said they can't do anything. Please lmk if the issue was resolved. Thanks!

Thanks for trying. Which Madden game are you playing and what happens when you try to claim those coins?

I’m on Madden 22 and it will error me out of ultimate team and say “ our servers can not process your request at this time “ 

This exact same thing has been happening to me for a couple of days now and then it backs me out to the main menu!!!!

I bought the game on steam there was a sale or something couldn’t remember why I have Origin to and go to it to start up the game

So I have now tried the steps and they still did not help with the problem idk what happened to it I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to now nothing worked

I just did and still nothing happened I know it not a fault that you guys did but dame this frustrating

We also could not figure out the main problem that was happening sorry he said he would file a bug report and something else so I’ll just wait and see what will happen I guess 

As in we a the ea support team but I he did a wonderful job was patience with me and asked me a lot of questions

I have a couple other suggestions that have been known to resolve other odd issues. Try setting your lineup to the best overall. Also, set all the team visuals to default and if you're using a custom playbook, use a default one as well. I'm not optimistic these will make a difference, but they're worth a shot.

I changed everything did not work but again thank you for your best to help me with this issue

I haven't been able to find any good resolutions for this, unfortunately. A shot in the dark would be to try resetting the password for your EA account. You can do that at profile.ea.com. Let me know what happens.
