David, I'm also currently having this problem.

I am trying to play Mass Effect 3 multiplayer on my Xbox 360.

All I get is a message telling me that I cannot connect to the EA servers at this time, try again later. This has been going on for over a week.

Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?

Still one month later and i still cannot connect to the demo servers

no good reputation for a big company like EA

I can not enter multiplayer Mass Effect 3 , an error . What should I do ? PC platforme 

A friend helped me with this. Suggested I unplug my home router/modem and leave it disconnected for TEN MINUTES. I thought he was crazy, but it worked. 

I've had to do this twice now, but it worked both times.

It's not an issue with my router/modem, because everything else was just fine. 

Xbox One trying to play ME 3 multiplayer, for the EA guy who keeps asking. By the way, how fun is all that lousy feedback for Star Wars Battlefront? You think maybe next time you might try listening to your customers? DLC and a * game at launch does not make you any friends.
