ME3 multiplayer randomly crashes

I bought ME3 a few months ago for the multiplayer. It's been a lot of fun - a very well-made game. However, I have an issue where the game randomly crashes with no warning. Here is a 15-second YouTube video showing how it goes down.

I didn't post that video, but it is identical to the crashes I routinely get. I'm playing on an Asus laptop I bought last fall - it's basically brand new. I know many other people have this issue as well, as I found a Reddit thread about it (https://www.reddit.com/r/MECoOp/comments/18ysl2s/me3_mp_crashing/). I've tried the fixes some people have posted there, but to no avail.

Here are a couple of crash dump files if anyone knows how to analyze them:

A few things I have noticed about my own experiences with this issue:

  1. Drone escort waves seem to dramatically increase the likelihood of a crash.
  2. When I host, it seems to crash very commonly in the first 60 seconds or so of wave 3.
  3. Having people in the game who are physically far away (i.e. in Europe) seems to increase the likelihood.
  4. The crashes seem to come in clusters. Some sessions I can play 5+ games with no issue, while other sessions I crash virtually every game.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply, I will look at the crash dumps and the DxDiag after that.

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Copy and paste or type "DxDiag" (Without the quotes) into the new field. > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Load it up here.

The error in the Crasdump is an INVALID_POINTER_READ access violation. A INVALID_POINTER_READ happens most of the time because memory that contained valid data was freed for some reason and the program now can't find the data it needs to function.

The problem is that this can have many reasons.
    lets start with the basics:
The ASUS Webpage for your Laptop has a newer Intel graphic driver that is categorized as "Critical".

Please install the driver, restart the Laptop (a real restart, not just shut down and start again.) and test.
