Hey, all.
If you are still having trouble getting access to the Play First Trial here are recommendations:
- EA Play Pro is for PC users and is not shared across platforms. If you signed up for EA Play Pro on PC and want to play the game on Xbox/PlayStation, it will not. You need a separate membership for EA Play on Xbox/PlayStation.
- You can only play the Play First Trial once on your EA Play membership (from the account that owns the membership)
- We are seeing players going to the Microsoft/Sony PlayStation store to download the game. You will receive the message "You are too early to play this game" which normal, because you are attempting to install the game version you've pre-ordered for the date it's set to release on. You will need to visit the EA Play app and download the Play First Trial from there.
- If you're receiving an error when you're trying to download the Play First Trial within the app, try adding it to your download queue from the Xbox./PlayStation stores. There will be an option for "Trial" to select.
- If you haven't uninstalled the EA Play app and reinstalled it, please try that and power cycle your console.
- You cannot Gameshare the Play First Trial.
Still having trouble? Contact an EA Advisor so they can troubleshoot this with you as they are able to pull up your EA account to see what could be a potential issue. I advise double-checking your EA Play membership on your Xbox/PlayStation account prior to contacting Support to verify it is still an active membership.
