Hi @wiggumjack,
When you've got the chance can you try resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps at all? I've seen some cases where setting a new password on the account can help with issues like this.

If you're still getting the same message after that I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help site. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

The game is horrible I can’t even sign into Ea or else it puts me to this dim light forever I can’t believe I spent 30 dollars on this please help me

I play on ps4 do you have any suggestions I should try?
- @notluis1581 my first guess: did you already try to do a power cycle? I've read that power cycling your device might solve issues regarding the connection to EA servers.
how to do it (taken from a post by EA_Aljo): >>> unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. <<<

Nothing helped anyone else have a suggestion?
I play both ps4 and ps5. Both versions were working fine up until Saturday night and now I can no longer access the PS4 online on my ps4 or ps5.
I know it's not an issue my side as I can still get on the ps5 version.
I a shame as I was in the middle of weekend league on ps4 when it happened and now stuck on 7 wins for weekend
Did you ever get it to work? I’m having the same issue.
