I play on PlayStation and I see a message that says
in order to access the online features first title your account on PlayStation network must be signed in and you must be signed into the EA servers

EA probably has a few connection issues, and they think fixing one fixes all of them. They are having a lot of connection issues with minor accounts - see thread https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Sons-account-wont-connect-MUT/m-p/9439497#M504 I can log in to M21 no problem, but my son (who bought the MVP edition) cannot. He can log into M20 and priors fine, but now cannot log into Battlefront2 after reinstalling BF2. EA has changed something.
It seems like the people who paid for the mvp edition are the ones not able to play madden 21. Ea you either need to get this fixed or reimburse everyone there money! Or some how make it right because we don't enjoy paying 100$ for something we can't enjoy.

It sounds like many of you are having account-related issues that are preventing you from logging into Madden rather than a connectivity problem. Unfortunately account issues aren't something we're able to investigate on Answers HQ. The EA Help team will need to pull up your account and look into the issue from their side.

I have tried everything on Xbox 1... still will not connect to ea servers.... have tried 3x to open a case with ea help And the case will not create. Need some help trying to get to someone..
I don't have the MVP version. And it's still not working

Thanks for the feedback. The problem is that tweets get ignored for several days. We are part of the community who bought the MVP version of M21 as Pre Order but never got to play the game and are still unable to play this very day.
- @EA_Kent My PSN and EA account can’t link because I have an email (That I don’t even have) connected to my PSN account, was talking to live chat for 3 and a half hours and they kept repeating themselves. I gave them everything they needed to recover my account but was saying that it was wrong?
Now I can’t play 90% of the game because I can’t access the account, even if I did have the email that it’s linked to I don’t know what it is because there’s no security questions that I can answer to get the account from EA.
Was so damn excited to play this as I usually get Madden NFL every 2 years Spoken to EA Live Chat for 2 days and 2 different people. I gave proof with pictures of things like transaction history and my PSN account, however my EA Account isn't linked to it even though I've been playing Madden on the same PSN account for years now and even Apex Legends last year. I tried changing passwords and such and everything else thats been suggested and I'm getting absolutely nowhere. They ask for proof of my PSN Account and then tell me that it isnt right when its the same one I've been using since the PlayStation first came out? @EAHelp on Twitter even said that this is all new but why am I getting the crap-end when I provide more than enough information?

I get the same message. How do fix this?
Nothing is working on my main menu. I cannot access rosters, play now, franchise or anything. Do I need to make an EA help team ticket?
EA_Blueberry@nvrlose20 So you are able to get to the menu but you can't move around to select anything?Everyone having this server issue can see the main menu screen. But nothing is clickable

- @EA_Blueberry I can move around to click the options but they dont open. I can't even open up the help option with triangle. The only thing that opens is when I hit R3 on PS4 the messenger option comes up. But I've tried deleting and reinstalling both EA play and madden 21. Also the FIFA 21 trial works perfectly.
- @8PhilKessel1 Yupppppp and every other trial works perfectly fine. I think their pulling an apple trick. You know how they slow down the old iPhones to make you buy the new ones. I think they are messing with people who still have time on the free trial. They dont want people playing the free trial for months and months. They want you to use your time up and buy the game
