Do you use any mods?

Make sure Origin is completely closed > Go to your "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame" (full path: C:\Users\>your user name<\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame") folder and move the "Config" folder to the desktop. > test the game

If that don't works, preform a clean boot and test the Game afterwards.

    I moved the Config folder to Desktop and it worked.

    I'm not sure what kind of wizardry this is, but i'll take it.

    Years later and this bug is still resolved through the suggestion of moving the config file. Thank you for unblocking me! I was stuck last night and glad this did the trick.
