Have you checked to make sure your Windows Updates are all up to date with nothing pending? Once that is checked:- Try a clean boot and then immediately launch Madden NFL 22 as administrator. DO NOT OPEN ANY OTHER PROGRAMS. If the game is running normally, it's possible another program that is running in the background when we were previously playing is conflicting.
Re-installing Steam is a good option too in the event there is corrupted files there with the launcher. I did notice you have a Steam microphone software on there with drivers from 2017. Here is a discussion on that.

Hey there good morning. I just got back from the weekend, hope you were able to get it running but if not I'm here to troubleshoot.
What exactly happens when you try to launch Madden? When you pull up Task Manager is it showing up there? @Squidmen5 Did you resolve please?
@EA_Blueberry I bought madden 22 last night thruough steam and it downloaded onto orign but whenever i try to open it says launching and then quits and reloads the orign screen what do i do? Please Help me ASAP if possible i have been dying for this game. DxDiax coming in a few mins

I'm afraid your phenom processor is below the minimum system requirements needed to launch the game. How when i benchmark it shows that the phenom processor is better than the minium spec processor.
