Does it happen every 4th down? When it's simulated, do they kick a FG? I don't know; I want to play as my superstar, not my whole team. If that were the case, i would just go to coach mode mode
It happens every 4th down. It's either punt or FG. But when its fourth down down conversion they simulate it. My QB will stay on the field and make a play. The thing is i don't play the down it is simulated
4th down punt and FG situations are fine, but 4th down conversions attempt and 2pt version attempts should not be simulated if my player is On the field. i hope i am making sense of this issue to you,. If you need more clarification please let me know. i thank you for the timely response

Yes you're making complete sense. Obviously if you want to go for it on 4th down as the player you want to participate in the action. I now recall this being mentioned last year when Madden 21. The team has moved on to content for Madden 22. We'll flag this down for them and verify if it's still an issue for Madden 22 as well. Bugs can still be addressed for Madden 21, however as 22 is currently a priority I cannot guarantee any upcoming immediate fixes surrounding this. This is for madden 22. I have madden 22 not 21

Sorry, towards the end of the day for me. I actually saw that title earlier. This was posted under the Madden 21 forums and my eyes went to that logo. I'll move your post to the Madden 22 forums. Ok, I know the feeling. And thank you I hope this is fixed especially if it's been an issue since madden 21. And my bad i thought this was madden 22 forum not 21. So thank you so much for moving it to 22 forum.
This is 100% still a bug in madden 23 unfortunately.

Reading this in December and this glitch is still occuring. Please fix, this is a triple A title. The game should not have shipped with this bug, seriously Face of the Franchise is like the 2nd biggest play option in the game and this is a major bug. It ruins games, in the worse way possible in video games - one in which you have no recourse and feel cheated. WTF were u guys thinking with this
This happens in Madden 23 now and it's SO frustrating!! If my team goes for it on 4th Down it's simulated in "Face of Franchise". I'm the QB and can't play 4th down when my team goes for it, even though my character is on the field 😡
Coming back to this because this is still an issue in madden 24 superstar mode when playing as a QB. Nice to see EA still wont fix things.
