Hmm, that's pretty strange. When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the PlayStation Support team so they can take a look at your PSN account. It seems like there's something on your account that's conflicting with the license for Madden NFL 21. Unfortunately we don't have visibility into the PSN account system, so we don't have a way of seeing what might be happening exactly.
