Bugs have to be prioritized. If you browse the Bug forums you'll see pages of bugs that need to be looked into, how do you prioritize which ones should be at the top over others? Some general factors can be whether it directly impacts core gameplay which can result in broken plays, exploits, crashes, and lost saves. How many people are being impacted is very important too.
I'm not in charge of prioritization so I'm only giving you a general idea. This is a visual issue with no direct impact to gameplay, thus I'd imagine it's on a lower priority compared to other areas of the game that can impact gameplay and the competitive landscape (for example, the man and zone coverage issues seen earlier this year).
If it's an easy fix and won't break other features, it's possible it could be done in an upcoming update. There could be complications which is why some bugs are pushed back, however it doesn't mean they're ignored. What's important is that you came to the forums to log it here for visibility so we can continue to gather account examples which will make it easier and quicker for the QA team to determine what players are doing on their end in their Franchises to help re-produce it.
