Did you tried to import a character from ME1 into ME2?

If not, and if you are on a PC, try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME2 > Repair)

I tried this and again the same problem i see the picture and then black screen for few seconds adn i can create character

I didn't try to import my character and i am on pc

• Make sure Origin is closed.
• remove the "DLC_DHME1" folder from the ">dive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\DLC" folder. 
• Start Origin > Download genesis again > Test.

If that don't works, disable the real time scanner of your anti virus software > test.

Thanks for respond but i do both and nothing change i think this will never work on my PC

Are you on Steam or on Origin?

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

There is nothing in the DxDiag that would explain the problem.

Did you installed any Mods?

Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

i tried this clean boot and i only saw this * screen

Do you have other DLCs and do they work?

Try to clear your Origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

• Close Origin completely.
  (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
• Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder.
  (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%AppData%" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
• Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder.
• Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder.
• In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on "AppData".
• Open the "Local" folder.
• Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder.
• Restart your PC. > test.

Create a new Windows user account (Administrator). Don't use local Special characters in the username, use only Characters from the ASCII table.

Reboot > Log on to the new account > Test.

I don t know why this does not work

Interesting question.

I don't know which decisions from ME1 you don't like or if you didn't played ME1.

I personally never used Genesis. If I wanted to alter decisions made in the previous games I used Gibbed ME2 save editor.

But it is not that easy to use, you would need to google guides.
