Did you tried to power cycle your Xbox?

I did restart it but didn’t specifically unplug it and plug it back in. Will attempt to do so.
I unplugged and replugged my Xbox. I also decided to do another mission then return to the Citadel, once I did the problem was resolved. I believe the power cycling is what did it, so thank you very much for your reply @holger1405
