@ktbug1317  Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, have you tried playing without it?  (As in, move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.)  You may need to change the age settings a couple of times with the mods removed to fix the issue.  Let me know whether this helps.

Please also let me know whether the sims are actually aging up in 21 days, or it's just that their age length indicators say they'll age up then.

By the way, if you haven't installed the emergency patch from August 2, that would explain the issue.  So please double-check in-game that your patch level is 1.90.375.1x20.  You can see the version number in the lower-right area of the Main Menu.
