Hi, I was recently having an issue in every new save file I create where when my sims travel to community lots, there are no staff or townies there at all. I thought I fixed the problem after removing a mod I thought to be causing it (Turbolib Simulation Unclogger), and the game worked fine and then it started randomly doing it again. I tested in multiple different new saves and it was still happening. I have been trying to fix this for days and cannot find a fix. I even tested the game with no mods and it was still doing it. After patch 1.121 (Feb 3, 2026), no .ts4script file can load on Mac ARM (Apple Silicon). I’ve been trying for hours to get my game to work with CC, but the game refuses to launch. I’ve tried a gazillion different things, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the game refuses to launch if I put the CC into folders within the Mods folder. as in: Mods -> HairCC -> cc.package Does not work. if I do it like this: Mods -> cc.package it will launch and work Why is this happening? I only encountered this problem after downloading the EA app for Windows (I’m using Windows 11), and updating the game. How do I put back the Fountainview Penthouse Apartments in Sims 4 City Living? The building is gone. I used to have a previous cc lot that was for the Fountainview Penthouse and that made the entire apartment freeze. When I deleted it to add a new cc penthouse, it made the whole building disappear except for the empty lot of the penthouse. The new lot I added to replace it, it made half the penthouse building disappeared. I decided to bulldoze the entire lot to see if the original EA Fountainview Penthouse building (including its lot) would appear. I don't know why I thought that would be a good idea. Now the entire lot for the Fountainview Penthouse is an empty lot. It looks like this: ............. I tried adding them back little by little (i have about 6000!) but i only ended up adding a few 100 and then the game wouldn't start again. Are all my mods just outdated or something, all at the same time? Hello. My loadscreen has been very slow, both going into my saves, and saving my game. This started after the last update. I’m playing on an external hard drive, and have never had this problem before. The game also freezes at the same place every time i play. I’ve deleted all my mods and re-installed them, and it’s still happening. Anyone else struggling with the same thing? Any suggestions? Hi, I have some strange issues with the game noone else has ;p and one other person who had similar issues said it was caused by mods. I've been trying to save my households and lots to My Library in the Gallery so I can start a new save with the changes that've come for the new Royalty Pack. I was able to upload all of my households but after uploading two lots, since yesterday, every lot I try to upload times out and fails. I've tried repeatedly for more than a day. My internet connection is strong, so I'm at a loss as to what the problem is, unless it's a server issue on EA's end. I'm using a Mac running Sequoia 15.6.1 and the EA app. My Sims 4 game is fully updated. I do have modded content and custom content in my lots but that hasn't been a problem before for just uploading them the Library. My sims wont go to work. The option wont even pop up. Anddd a sim outside of the active family (that i had to delete because of this issue) keeps dying over and over again everytime my game freezes. Ive tried to use the better exceptions mod to find whats wrong, but nothing came up. Its Mcc that tells me that theres something wrong but wont tell me what. Just some sort of Drama node. I have cleared my cache, repaired my game, and basically tried everythign. Hi! I'm experiencing problem after February 3, 2026 update, where my sims can't sit on the chairs or sofas, only on beds and bar chairs. My Last Exception is telling me (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'expected_kwargs') and last exception assistant tells me "outdated tunable resource error and outdated tunable resource (interaction) requires removing" how I can find the mod causing this, I have tested probably all my biggest mods and have updated most of them aswell and also tested some smaller mods, but the problem is still there. I’m having a problem where every time I try to put down a lot or move a saved a lot from my gallery. An error message pops up “ this item can’t be deleted” or item cannot be removed. I went through every item on my lot and it seems to be the mailbox. This is a problem because you can’t usually delete the mailbox now without a mod first and if you try to put down a lot before you delete the mailbox, you will be stuck in a white never-ending loading screen. I had to restart my game three times in order to find the problem So my two problems are the fact that I can’t delete the mailbox, and if the mailbox isn’t deleted, I can’t put down a lot from the gallery or even my own library without deleting the mailbox first otherwise you will get stuck in and never ending loading screen.59Views0likes5CommentsYoung Ghosts Return Thread 2.0
I had to remake this thread since 1 edit to correct stuff since It was way outdated got it falsely removed by auto mod and wanted to get the main page up to date. So I have to remake it. I'm going to use the info from mod the sims to make it easier on myself. This mod brings back the old days where you can cheat Younger sims to be ghosts. With the Life and death update. The sims team restricted on which ages can be which type of Ghosts. Which made Toddler, Infants, adult pets and baby pets to no longer be ghosts. This mod allows the old days again so they can be ghosts again. There are side effects like stretching from young meteor ghosts doing the death animation. Toddlers walking slow but other then that it works well. Toddlers who have the laughter trait can make people playful like adult. This will also fix certain features like The premade Ghost Dog Captain Whittaker and fix the wishing well issues when you get a Ghost Child from there. I made this mod personally but I had people ask me from places to share it. Pets can only be Old age for reasons. I will say this. Bugs. I don't want to get this one removed and that might have been the reason. It brings the old days. They still can't die but you add the ghost traits with Cheats like the trait equip cheat. MCCC or UI cheats. The traits were enabled for them so all ghost types in the normal game are enabled for them but not death. You just have to add the traits to them with cheats like how it was before Life and death patch. If you use Young Ghosts Return and want to upload them to the Gallery or somewhere. i havent played sims since august 2025. and since last week ive been trying to debug the game. firstly it would keep looping the world i somehow fixed that and now theres this i cant seem to fix it. i know that its a CC issue. i did 50/50 several times, deleted the cache, updated CC's but it isnt working. Also the sim is perfectly fine in CAS. i tried taking everything off my sim but it was still covered in black patches. if anyone know how to fix this or the possible list of CC that could be causing this please let me know. thankyoun8s0aq006vjf2 days agoSeasoned Newcomer88Views1like1Comment
