Infinite loading after build
After building the Barton Creek Lot in TH-Intetrior, I get stuck in an infinite loading loop when trying to return to world management. I tried a 50/50 approach but couldn't pinpoint the cause. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? If anyone knows the cause, please let me know.
Plumbob Map replacement
Since the last update the Plumbob map replacement are not working. I just thought it was me until I checked the Plumbob Patron posts about the Map replacements and there are a few that have the same issue. I have contact the creator to inform them but I don't see them updating any time soon
floating water across lot
Hello, I added a house to a 64x64 lot. it is perfect other than the floating water or green stuff floating. I cannot remove it in build mode, and my sims cannot walk through it. unless it is on the same level. It makes my workout room look ghastly. I've done a search on this, and they suggested moving the lot to a new lot. The house was placed backwards on the first lot, and the green stuff was in the front. I moved the house to a new lot, and the house is placed properly, but now the green stuff is in the back. If I delete and level the house and lot, only the green stuff stays. If I rotate the lot, it goes away, but when I lay the house again, it comes back. I can't rotate the house on the lot, for it takes up the whole lot. Sims unable to use fridge
Hi, I just built a house with moveobjects on and lots of clutter. So, when my sims were complaining that they couldn’t access the fridge, I naturally moved stuff out of the way. However, even when I put the fridge in the middle of the room and even outside with nothing surrounding it, my sims will walk right up to it and then just complain that it’s inaccessible when I try to have them interact with it. And another weird thing is that one sim had a bowl of yogurt all of a sudden but I didn’t see him interact with the fridge at all. The kinda same thing happens with the dishwasher except they don’t complain, they just walk up to it and then walk away even tho I commanded them to put the dish in it lol I have a lot of cc and mods so I’m going to check if any more need to be updated and do the 50/50 method. But I was curious if anyone has experienced this, I haven’t found anything exactly like it online.
PC Sims 4 game issues
Ok, so I have been playing my game with mods just fine. Last week I added three more mods to my Sims folder and now I cannot make it past my maps screen. So I took the last three mods out of my folder but it is still doing the same thing. I updated my game last week also. Today I also repaired the game with the repair selection. It is still doing the same thing, cannot get past the maps screen. It will show the blue screen like it is loading my household but after a while it goes back to the maps screen again. I also have a problem with it taking so loong to load between screen even before I put the mods on it. Pleeeaasssee help me!! I miss playing my game :(
CC Sims not wearing their CC clothing
I have downloaded some Sims from TSR with all the required additional content. In CAS the Sim appears correctly with all the correct associated outfits. But when they appear in my game as an NPC they have random outfits. Is there a way to force them to appear as designed? A method other than having to manually overwrite all the outfits in CAS ideally.. Happy to use mods, wondered if MCCC might help but can't see a way Thanks for any help
Young Ghosts return Mod Thread
To Celebrate how well my first mod Young Ghosts Return has done. I wanted to create a thread for people to show pics of their young ghosts like toddlers infants etc. I will also post updates here if I clear or update so people know when and maybe Luth will post those updates on the broken mod forums. You can get Young Ghosts Return from MTS. Just search Young Ghosts Return and you should find it easily. For anyone wondering how does the mod work? The mod just override all the ghost traits so far to allow all ages to be ghosts. Only Old age for pets but this is a known issue where the Emotional Starvation Ghost trait can be applied to pets and that will be remove in a future update. The only way to give ghost types to those ages and ghosts that are not normally available to those sims is with Cheats like the old days. Trait.equip cheat is for those who don't use other mods but it's easier to use mods like UI Cheats or MC Command Centre to add the traits and Selectable pets for easier trait adding for pets. The best thing about this mod though as well not only does it let all ages be every ghost type. But it also fixes these issues as well this mod is also a bug fix mod. It fixes Captain Whittaker and also fixes the wishing well issues like not getting a child ghost. So Hopefully this mod will change your sims game bring in those features removed in Life and Death patch. Ghost Toddlers and stuff were much more possible in sims 3 and it's nice to have them again in sims 4. This is a mod so it's only for PC and MAC and the mod only contains a package file. No script file was needed. So far it's only on MTS so if you see one under this name anywhere else it won't be safe. There are other mods though like More Ghost Types for Children but this one is just like the old days and has all ghost types. The others don't have all of them.
