As the game was in production, about 10 years ago, 4K costumer Monitor were much less frequent as they are now.

However, there were very early complaints about the scaling of the interface, but BioWare never implanted a fix.

If you on a PC, you can use this mod on the Nexus to work around the problem.

Otherwise, or if you don't want to use Mods, you out of luck. There will be no fix for this problem.

    EA should fix this because Mass Effect 2 works perfectly in 4K...

    @globalguy1 

    EA has nothing to do with this. 

    ME2 runs on a different version of the unreal engine and is not comparable to ME3. 

    Bioware did not fixed it in 7 years, so the chances that they will fix it now are practically zero.
