    Thank you. Can you confirm with me you've tried restarting your device, re-installed the app, cleared the cache for the Facebook app? The team has seen these reports and are investigating it, but we'll want to make sure this isn't a case where it's device related as there are players still able to get into the game.

  • me too and I have deleted the game from my phone and I still can’t login

    If you both know your NBA LIVE User IDs can you DIRECT MESSAGE ME those and the type of device you play on? We'll get that passed up to the team so they can use those accounts as a reference to understand what is causing this.

    I tried it again today it’s been over 24 hours and I can’t login to my Facebook account for NBA live Mobile.

    I tried it a minute ago and I got a link saying that there is no such account and On Facebook I have an account

    I believe that the id number is [Removed - CM].

    Hey, everyone.

    We're seeing a large improvement with players being able to login to the game since the incident originally sparked up up on Tuesday/Wednesday depending on your time zone. 

    If you're still not able to login to the game with Facebook, we'll need to troubleshoot to determine what the cause of this.

    Can you try the following and let us know if it helped?

    1. Perform all basic device troubleshooting. Tap here on ANDROID or iOS for steps. This also includes uninstalling the app and re-installing it.
    2. Try changing your password within the Facebook app.
    3. Clear your cache for the Facebook app under your device's app settings.
    4. Visit your Facebook app and under Settings>Apps, remove NBA LIVE Mobile. This will not delete your data, it only disconnects the device associated with your Facebook account. When you log back into NBA LIVE Mobile it will prompt you to sign in.
    5. Toggle your WiFi OFF on your device and attempt to login. 
    6. Try logging into NBA LIVE Mobile with Google/Apple on your device and then try signing out to log back in with Facebook under the in-game settings.
    7. If you are still experiencing an issue logging in, try signing into the game on another device for us to determine if it's device related.

    I was able to login and play in the last hour, and I just did it by trying the app again.  I didn’t read the post here or do anything special.


    why does this keep happening?  It has happened a few times over the past while.
