@bschleiger Wonderful, thank you for the update. 

At a guess soemthing was wrong with the game's local saved data, probably to do with card IDs. The restart described would flush the cached data. and then when it's check again, the game will see that yes actually you can turn in that card. 

In any case, enjoy the game and please let us know if you encounter any further issues. 

I can add some players to sets but not the one that I want.

@jebmtimater Can you try restarting if you haven't already?

If you have no luck with this can I get an image of your inventory and set page, and your UID? You'll find the UID on your settings page.

I have the same issue with Harden Set and Bird Set aswell. I have tried the solution you gave us but it doesn't work, I tried to restart the phone but unfortunately with no results.

How can I fix this? 

Also, today I re-installed the game, still the same situation. 

I have tried all your advices, played a challenge without the player, played a full game, changed them, restart the game, nothing, same situation...

Please, help me! 

The same thing happens to but with the James harden set

Mine isn’t working I’m trying to turn my 84 Patric Ewing monthly master into an 86 and it isn’t showing up I’ve tried what u told the other person to do three times but mine still isn’t working

EA this is unacceptable!!!

Same thing for me only with the Westbrook set, and none of the previous solutions worked.

I have tried removing him from roster, playing a game, and restarting with no luck.

Kindly remove them as well in all of your line ups. Like the defensive or whatso ever. Make sure, he is not included in all lineups

i don’t have a replacement for a player in my lineup that i want to put in a set

I cant either i want to take my jamal murray out of my super duos linup for the set and no players can replace him. I have a shaun livigston and only shaun livigston can replace murray. But you cant have two of the same players in one lineup.

@EA_David  I cannot turn in my 84 Luka Doncic to upgrade him to an 87 even though I have removed him from my lineups. Hope this issue can be solved!

So it is now 2020 and the new campaign came out the tidal wave campaign and I have a 97 overall shaq and I have enough tidal wave tokens which is 150 and then the 97 overall card and I sold my gold backup center so what do I do to add the shaq to get the 102 overall shaq. Plz get back to me thanks 

@Xx_SH4D0WHey there, I'm extremely sorry to hear that your having such a problem.
I believe the player you sold is named Theis with +3xp. So I'd like you to search for the same card on the auction house and buy it, that may solve your problem.

I could not find Daniel Theis on the auction house unfortunately. Is there anything else you can do.
