Hey,
The CD Keys and Online Pass Codes are all one use codes. The only way to actually get a working CD Key is to actually purchase a new copy of the game as far as i am aware.

The game is still available on Xbox 360 in the XBOX Live Marketplace
For PC and PlayStation 2 and 3, you have to buy a copy from a retailer.
