Ideas For Later Releases
I would like to share a few ideas to be added or considered for the next Need for Speed games. These would include the variety of vehicles that are included in the game, instead of reskinned cars from older need for speed games add new vehicles. These could include vehicles like the Chevy HHR re add the Chevy cobalt, Ford Shelby Cars, Jeep Trailhawk. The Crew Motor Fest was able to add Toyotas, so the Supra as well as other Toyota vehicles, Saleen, Citroen, Bentley, more older and obscure vehicles like more pontiacs, corvette stingray. Also another idea would be to add a store system where you implement new vehicles every week that are available to purchase, for instance one week the 2013 Shelby Mustang is available and then the next week you can have the Cadillac CTS or the Audi TT. The importance of this post is to inform that more vehicles and different vehicles would be appreciated across the racing community.8Views1like1CommentA suggestion: Make classic NFS game soundtracks available online
I see a lot of NFS games and their soundtracks available to stream/purchase online but notably absent are the old classic NFS games like NFS II, NFS III Hot Pursuit, NFS IV High Stakes, NFS Porsche Unleashed Seriously, can’t EA Games just grab the original soundtrack CDs for these games, dust them off, and rip them onto Spotify/Apple Music/Tidal/Bandcamp/Qobuz or what have you?!?! On Youtube, there are literally millions of views when you search for these tracks, so we know people love them and are regularly re-playing them. Really old EA games like the The Sims and Command & Conquer have their soundtracks available online for streaming but not classic NFS games? I’m thinking like… what?!?! EA Games, if you are reading this post, please seriously consider putting up classic NFS game soundtracks available for everyone to enjoy! Thanks a million 🙏5Views0likes1CommentPVP
I am so tired of the team who is managing this game not understanding the basics of NFS , the fact that they put all kind of PVP events that are not racing with the car you built is getting very annoying , it was bad enough already without that idiotic motorcycle , but now that they replace a class race with that garbage is the end of my rope , if you want that stupid motorcycle race put in the place of drifting , or drag , I did not buy this game for full price to not be able to race twice a week , because guess what , no one cares about drifting , drag , same car races , or the motorcycle , you guys pushing that is why you got dozens of players , and not tens of thousands , so get rid of the guys in charge , and put someone who actually likes to race cars in car racing game charge so they won`t put a Regera only race in PVP the same day when the class race is also S+ like these geniuses do49Views0likes4CommentsVehicle decal error
Hello, I encountered this malignant error after the Vol.9 update and it often recurs on different cars I have tried reinstalling the decal, but it cannot take effect for a long time At first, I thought it was too many layers that caused the error But using vehicle decals with few layers in the community can also result in semi transparent errors I hope a solution can be provided as soon as possible10Views0likes0CommentsStuttering while collecting Collectibles or Traps and Random Crash
NFS UNBOUND ULTIMATE EDITION The game experiences stuttering or FPS drops when collecting collectibles like bears, paintings, speed traps, or when escaping police chases. Otherwise, the game runs normally. The game also experiences random crashes; sometimes it crashes shortly after starting, but other times it crashes after an hour. The cause of the crashes is unknown as it only happens in NFS Unbound. I can tolerate the stuttering, but the crashes are very disruptive to the gameplay and occur randomly, making them unpredictable. EA or Criterion, please fix this issue. If you need additional information, let me know. PC Specs: RTX 4060 ti 8gb, 32Gb RAM, i5-12400f.14Views0likes1CommentNFS Heat [Getting My Crew to LvL 50]
So the title is self explanatory, as of right now my Crew is level 38 and I’ve been the only one really leveling in it up. It’s possible for me to do by myself but I figured it’d be a good idea to get people to help me do this. (I’m doing this for all the trophies and to hopefully help others get the rewards for being in a lvl 50 crew) My PSN is TAllary08 and the crews name is :Plat2025171Views3likes5CommentsRemoval of cop factions and playable law enforcement teams
i understand that the cops are more story driven now and the newer games are more focused on making the cops the bad guys but its been nearly 8 years since the last time we were able to play as cops and be fighting crime instead of causing it (excluding the newer NFS HP remaster) i cant be the only who misses this and people have been wanting something like this again for a long time22Views0likes1CommentInstalled the Catchup Pack, But Still No Cars
So I picked up the Volume Six Dynamic Catchup Pack for Need for Speed Unbound and made sure it was installed—it shows up as installed on my PS5. But when I jump into the game, I still can’t find the Audi R8 or any of the other stuff that comes with the pack. Already checked for game updates, and everything’s fully up to date. One thing to add—I’m running the game from a Blu-ray disc, but I’m not really thinking that would be the issue here. Still figured I’d mention it, just in case that plays a part somehow. Would be awesome if you could help me figure out where the pack actually shows up in-game. Right now it’s like it’s just vanished into thin air. Thanks for sticking with this—really hoping it’s just something simple I’m missing.10Views0likes0Comments[Thread] Cars that I would like to see in the future of NFS
NFS Unbound is due to it's last update this October, and for what I've heard and seen from withing the Racing Game Industry, the cars that will come in the next update are most likely already set in Stone, so instead of making a List of requests, I'm mostly going to weigh in on what cars I would personally love to see; the reasons I have for their inclusion in the franchise, and what kind of Customization I'd like to see on them. I'm not expecting them to be seen in the near future, but just knowing my opinion is out there so it could be considered is enough for me at the end of the day. Now without further ado, here's 5 Cars I'd like to see come to NFS. 1# Nissan Skyline GTR BNR33 '95 One of the Underutilized brothers of the GTR modelline, the R33 is my favorite of the skylines due to it's smooth bodylines and power potentials. While being on the heavier side, The R33 was still a solid choice for HighSpeed car tuning and Highway challenges, and it hasn't seen action on NFS ever since the Japanese exclusive OverDrivin' GTR/Skyline memorial. And of course as of recently, there hasn't been many additions in NFS of the Import Tuner variety (The Eclipse doesn't really count as it's mostly a USDM Tuner), So if there has to be any additions to that area of the game, I propose the GTR R33 as one of those additions. For its customization, aside from the obvious Rocket Bunny/Pandem Bodykits I'd like it if there was 2 performance bodykits inspired by some popular tuning houses in Japan, One Crazy widebodykit that feels period correct to it's popular years in tuning and at least one modern interpretation of today's aesthetics to match the modern era of car culture a bit. Preferably the first two or three to be Licensed, while the other One or Two be original NFS Interpretations without going into massive extremes on what is plausible in real life. 2# Dodge Viper GTS '96 The Dodge Viper has always been one of my Childhood dream cars just on it's styling alone, Most NFS Games featured the SRT10 and SRT GTS most consistently but the '96 doesn't get as used as it did in early 90's games. Threading the line between a Sports Car and an American Muscle car, its hard to control archetype could give for some interesting to the gameplay of NFS into a more drift oriented Mid-high end vehicle. Classic 90's/2000's American cars are also one of the car archetypes that are seriously under represented in modern day NFS, I chose this one as it is my favorite in said Era. For it's customization, I'd take more cues from performance packages like the Viper GTS-R or Hennessey Venom 650R as Aero Packages, whilst also creating some original kits that dance of the edge of the licensing instructions, something that you'd see either on a Track day, or maybe be spontaneous and try an interpretation of a Japanese-tuned American car as they tend to be popular in that culture from what I've heard 3# De Tomaso Pantera '72 A rather inderstated gem of the 70's. Sharing some design philosophies as the popular Countach, this is a classic car that in my eyes stood the test of time brilliantly that proved to be a performance powerhouse in terms of Power. With plenty of different performance packages to chose from, there's a lot of different choices in terms of trims to be used as customization parts, and also has seen resurgence in the Restomod community. it's a car that you barely see in many racing games, even if it's inspiration can be seen in a lot of games that create Original cars in different game series, which is strange that isn't being referenced often because it's styling is simply top notch. There's plenty of trims to draw customization parts for the Pantera, like the GT5 or 90 SI, Maybe something inspired by the special GTX variant, and at the same time it has room to be modified in a more Modern Restomod look, or even to go crazy with a Retro-Futuristic style bodykit that wouldn't feel out of place on a Pantera Build in someone's imagination. I would be mostly excited to see what kind of customization parts may appear within NFS. 4# Alpine A110 2017 I've been mostly talking about classic and retro sports cars to add into the game, so let's break that up with one of my absolute favorite modern sportscars of the late 2010's with the modern A110. Paying homage to the original A110, the modern interpretation not only looks proper, it also has an air of Modesty of being both Street and Sport, a Mid Engine Platform that doesn't really break into Super Car territory. The Archetype of a Mid-engined vehicles without Supercar numbers is very limited, just in Unbound we have the Lotus Exige, Honda NSX Type R and recently the BMW M1 as representatives of the archetype, but it is by far one of the least represented car formats in the lower performance classes, so the Alpine A110 might do for a great addition not only for track use, but also for Rally Trails. There Isn't much that has been done in terms of aftermarket to the A110, for customization the A110R Trim could be a start for a modest performance look without changing too much, then there's some kits that could be inspired by some tuning houses either for Offroad or Onroad like the Zagato ADTZ Special to give it a longtail look. Then of course comes to potential on what NFS could do by reimagining things by giving it original bodykits that could increase it's overall options. Bonus Sneak 5# Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S 2017 I'll admit this is my sneak to put my car in the conversation lol, but hear me out as it might have potential. The Swift Sport is rather unknown in places like the US, but it has a devoted community in both Japan, Latin American and European Markets, With multiple tuning houses giving it their all to make it a fun, modest Hot Hatch, or a Time Attack Monster, like HKS' TRB-04. Need for Speed has moved away from some of the affordable, entry level cars and specially hasn't represented much in the FWD Hot Hatch Archetype, and while cars like the Honda Civic nowadays feel more like Sport Sedans than Hatchbacks, the Swift Sport may be able to fill that void for a Civic-like Starter car that is also from the modern age. For the Customization of the Swift, there's been an increase on aftermarket support recently, one kit can take inspiration by the Katana Concept Widebody kit, whilst two others could be inspired or licensed by some of the tuning companies that exist in Japan, and of Course, if ever possible, a way to get the special HKS TRB-04 Widebody would make the addition fit NFS like a glove. I'm also still down to see what the NFS Team could do to create original designs for the Swift, due to it being an economy car you almost don't see many making interpretations of it modified as much as the hyped out sports cars. Render Credits: Khyzyl Saleem Rayan Benziane Fillip_JDM Egor Bessonov And that's basically my personal list. I encourage you to keep posting in this thread cars that you would like to see in NFS Down below! There's many others that also deserve the spot, like the RX7 FC3S, Fairlady Z32, Plymouth GT-X, but to me these are what I would like to see, doesn't mean they should be priority though. Anyways, got still stuff to do so I'll close this out for now. Zino Out!272Views2likes1CommentGyroscope controls
When will Need for Speed support gyroscope controls, allowing players to steer with the controller, accelerate by pushing the right analog stick forward, and brake by pushing it backward, providing more precise controls? I reported this guy multiple times using the in game report and in the EA launcher. there's no way he can catch up on a Lotus Evija with an R32. here's the video proof. you can see at the car selection screen he has a cop car in free roam pvp. Hello, I play games on the cloud gaming platform Boosteroid. I also play Need for Speed Unbound on this platform, but when I exit and re-enter the game, I receive an error message saying, "Too many computers have accessed this account's version of Need For Speed Unbound recently." Because of this, I have to wait 1-2 days to play again. Please help me, as I purchased the game with the Ultimate Upgrade but still cannot play it.4Views0likes0CommentsMy car doesn't accelerate properly
For some reason, my car does not speed up like others'. I notice this when I play online, offline seems to be okay. And before you ask, I have been doing tests with my friend: same debug car, same start position in free mode, only RT no nitro. It just takes him one second to outrun me.
Hello everyone at EA, Due to the recent sad announcement of the delisting and online servers closure for NFS Carbon, Undercover, Shift, Shift 2: Unleashed and The Run, I would like to share with you my feedback and concerns regarding this decision, in what, I believe, is the point of view of most of the Need for Speed fans that are still playing these classic games. Regarding the online server support for Need for Speed Carbon, Undercover and Shift, I completely understand the retirement of the online servers for these titles as they are the older games in the series with a small number of players. However, Need for Speed Shift 2: Unleashed and The Run are the two most recent titles among these five and they still have an active player base. NFS The Run still has some full lobbies on weekends for example. If we look at this case, seeing NFS Carbon (a game from 2006) and NFS Shift 2 and The Run (both games from 2011) shutting down on the same day it's just not fair at all. And while I understand the shutdown of NFS Carbon, Undercover and Shift, it would be nice to have some more time to enjoy it's online features, so I suggest that EA postpone the servers closure date for these three games (Carbon, Undercover and Shift), for example until January 2022. The other situation that left many Need for Speed fans very disappointed was the fact that these games were immediately removed from digital stores without notice. For your information, many fans still want to buy these games to play the single-player even after the online features are removed. So, please relist these games digitally and keep the online servers working for the foreseeable future in Need for Speed Shift 2: Unleashed and The Run.6.9KViews17likes18Commentscamera view won't change
I just bought NFS Heat today on Steam for PC. When I go into game and start, the vehicle is in side profile and I can't get it to change to facing forward like most race games I have checked in game settings and I don't see anything to change. I've pressed the "C" key to change views but all are still side7Views0likes0CommentsNFS Unbound Crashing at launch
