Have you done the usual steps like trying to resync your account?  And get a message saying "no profiles found associated with your EA Account"?

If so, your problem isn't really a "Galaxy at War glitch".  It's a linking/syncing issue that unfortunately seems to be quite prevalent lately.  For instance, there's this thread (and numerous others like it).  Unfortunately, I don't think there has been a general solution to it.  I can even see it on my account now, though it doesn't seem to impede anything in my case.

  • Yep, and i get that message about no profiles associated with my account.  Funny thing is when I search my ps3 profile on the website it actually displays my profile, consistently updating it since I've been playing matches since yesterday.  It would make sense then that it's a syncing issue, since N7HQ is archiving my in game results, I hope they can fix ti soon.

    Yeah i feel you, i have the exact same Issue with this Trophy / the "Galaxy at War" Feature on the Website, i already wrote multiple Tickets to multiple Language Supports, none of them were able to help me, they always sended me to Threads on this Help Website which where outdated and mostly not even available anymore.

    I can see my Profile on the Website (n7hq.masseffect.com/home/overview/?name=Kriimaar&platform=ps3) but i cant see the Galaxy at War Tab, it still says "Galaxy at War requires an active Mass Effect 3 profile."

    I used hours of researching Solutions on Google but even there i found nothing helpful, resyncing the Account seems impossible since the Button on the N7HQ Websites leads you to the Start Site of it, in a different thread someone linked a bioware website which wasnt even active anymore because they closed it years ago.

    I even tried to unlink and relink my PSN, Xbox and EA Account in hope that this could possible fix it and "resyncing" the Profile, but nothing...

    It seems impossible to fix that and the Support probably knows about it but they can't do anything about it, they just sending out Standard Messages to waste your and my Time which is sad.

    On my way for a resolution i found this interesting message from an User:

    It is probably the first Message about this Problem, according to it the Website stopped working for new Users on October 29th 2019, which is nearly 3 Years soon, so if they didn't fixed it yet they will probably never fix it. This Post also includes a few more fixes which arent worked for him nor me. (I still tried them after i read it)

    Just in case here are a few "false fixes" i found, so everyone who reads this Message in the Future can prevent them from wasting their Time:

    1.) "Support" Site resyncing:

    On the N7HQ Support Website (http://n7hq.masseffect.com/support/) you will find a "re-sync your account" Button, this one is useless and will send you to "http://n7hq.masseffect.com/account/?action=detect" which only works if you are not logged in on the Website (being logged in will just send you to the start site of this web page) but even if you are not logged in this will only login you but not resync your Profile.

    There are also multiple Mod/Helper Comments on this Site (Example: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Mass-Effect-Games/N7HQ-not-working-in-game-multiplayer-stats-off/m-p/8397496/highlight/true#M42249) which are saying that this will work but it doesnt.

    2.) "My Account" Site resyncing:

    Same Issue as in 1, the Button will send you to "http://n7hq.masseffect.com/account/?action=detect" which doesnt work.

    3.) "Other Browser":

    In this Thread (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Mass-Effect-Games/N7-HQ-Account-needs-updating/m-p/11521672/highlight/true#M49271) someone wrote that it could fix by using a different Browser. So far i tested: "Mozilla Firefox", "Edge", "Opera", "Opera GX", "Google Chrome" but none of them worked, i even tried Step 1 and 2 at them.

    4.) "Bioware" Website:

    Another fix was using the official Bioware Website, sadly i cant find the EA Help Thread anymore but here is Link for this "fix": "https://social.bioware.com/page/account-help" which is as everyone can see by clicking on it offline, so also any social.bioware.com Links wont work.

    There are many many more Examples, but showing all them would make this Message much longer, but these are the 4 main fixes i found multiple Times, none of them are working nor fixing any type of Issues.

    If someone finds a Solution for this Problem (sadly i doubt that this will happen) pls let me know about it and how you did it, thanks!

  • Hey, did anybody find a solution to this problem? I logged in the website for the first time and as of February 2023 it shows that same error...
