Re: Shift 2: Unleashed

Reinstalled my PC with new Windows (was 7 now 8.1) but can't play Shift 2 (on Steam) anymore because it says "The activation limit for this serial has been exceeded! Contact customer support for more information."

Even tried activate on Origin but didn't work (says "Serial already in use").

Please i need a fix for this error, been trying contact direclty on EA Support but i live in Brazil so the waiting time on the chat window is almost infinite and I have to work.

    Unfortunately contacting an EA Game Advisor is the only way to get this resolved: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

    If the wait times are very long in your region, you could try setting your portal to English (click on the flag in the top left corner and choose the American one) and see whether you can an EA Game advisor faster this way.

    Other then that, your option would be trying to contact us on your way off from work.
