Re: CAS not working

@iufdyiogk1qf Hi! You have a custom CAS background, so you need to take out that too. Then you have to delete the localthumbcache.package file and after that you need to repair your game in the EA app.
After all this, try to play a new game (without Mod/CC) and see if the problem is solved.

    How do I change the CAS or even delete the cache you mentioned thanks in advance x

    @rowantastic   Hi!  The reference to CAS in the last reply post was about the OP's use of a mod to change the CAS background.  If you don't have a mod for that, then you don't have to worry about it.  However, if you use mods and have an issue with CAS, then it's good to test the game without mods by moving the Mods folder to your desktop and testing the game without them.  The localthumbcache.package file is located in your Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder.  This file can carry some effects from mods so it's good to delete that before opening your game for testing.
