@CWC922 The hospital is not part of the map so you can't edit it unless you go to the hospital for work or while giving birth

I'm not sure if you need to put testingcheats first or not.

Since I moved this thread from the console forum, I'm assuming you're playing on console so be aware that testingcheats will disable trophies/achievements for that specific save game.
