Please make sure that you tried all the steps in our basic troubleshooting guide:

The issue you are experiencing could be caused by connection issues. Therefore, port forwarding or enabling UPNP is important. Make sure you don't skip those steps. It might also help to use a wired connection, if you aren't doing so yet.

Final, if you continue experiencing the issue, please tell me the exact car and modifications that you have with this issue.

    hi,

     I'm having this same issue with just on car .

    I can sell and buy all the other cars but I can not sell this one car can you please fix

    I tried the method that you suggested but no joy have to reset the game to solve issue so not impressed!

    I think the issue is being cause the studio app. Any car you upload in the game from the studio app they  won't sell and even when you get rid of the app on your phone it is still connected with the game. and there is no way we can disconnect the game with the studio app. So i guess we stuck.
