It's impossible to get the Ford Shelby GT500 (stock version) in No Limits. There's no way to get it.

If you really want a Ford Shelby GT500 (stock version), then you can just make the Ford Shelby GT500 Snoop Dogg Edition look like a stock one.

I think you'll find the GT500 (and all special cars Hoonicorn, M4 Razor etc) are locked from editing/painting
