Most of the time missing Dll errors are related to Visual C++
Simply install (or reinstall) Microsoft Visual C++ by using the program in the game folder by default the application is located here:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update1\redist
Note: your windows user account needs the administrator rights.
If the issue persists, try ruining both programs as suggested here.
