Spoke with EA Support. They told me the studio is working on a fix as we speak.

It's supposed to be in your garage, as a usable car "on day one". Whether you have Palace or not, multi or single player.
This is just another EA rip-off scam, and should be reported to the BBB. I'll NEVER buy another EA game as long as I live. And if we all do the same, it will be a massive loss of revenue for this crap publisher. It will be our only way of getting some redemption, I promise you that!
Boycott EA for the rest of your life!

I bough EA sub for 1 month but the car doesn't show up on my game.
