DR1001 ERROR in NFS UNBOUND Online
When i try to do an online game like lockdown, free roam or PVP races, I get the DR1001 error during the loading screen and then my game is stuck on the loading screen which meant I had to close the game from the taskbar, this happens every time I try to join online. The only way I can play online is to do 1 story mission and then go online which SOMETIMES works. I have the ultimate collection version of the game and this issue happened the first time I tried to join online (1 day after the purchase). I downloaded this game in steam I checked for corrupted game files and its all fine I tried changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in alternate I opened this game from the EA app I cleared cache I still get the error code after trying all that. I would really appreciate a solution or reply, thanks.
NFS Unbound — gameplay stutters when progress updates on PS5 Pro
I experience a brief freeze lasting approximately one second whenever I complete a challenge, set a new record, or unlock a trophy in NFS Unbound Ultimate Collection on PS5 Pro. This happens repeatedly in Story mode. I have not tested online multiplayer yet. The base edition runs without this issue on my Xbox Series S. Other demanding games run smoothly on my PS5 Pro. I tried removing some cars from my garage, but this did not help. Other players have reported similar symptoms with the Ultimate Collection. I also noticed that my PS5 automatically saves short gameplay clips for some achievements. I have not yet confirmed whether disabling these captures helps. Could you please investigate these pauses and advise whether there is a confirmed fix or workaround that preserves my saved progress and purchased content? Hi, I bought the NFS Unbound Ultimate Collection on Steam (PC). I don't want the DLC cars in my garage right away, because getting the best cars for free kills the progression for me. I already disabled all car-related DLCs in Steam, but the cars are still in my garage. Is there a way to remove them from my account or save game? NFS Unbound not launching.
So, my game really doesn't want to run, I've tried everything, uninstalling the game and EA App, adding game folder to defender, running without the internet, clearing cache, clean boot. I don't have any more ideas It all started when I tried to launch the game and got an EC:10610 error. Can someone help?
[Bug] Massive stutter when picking up collectibles (Ultimate Edition)
Hi everyone, I want to bring up an ongoing and very frustrating issue in Need for Speed Unbound that has been affecting players for a long time, specifically those of us who own the Ultimate Edition or have a large number of DLC cars. The Issue: Every time I pick up a collectible (bear, billboard, street art) or complete an open-world activity, the game freezes/stutters massively for about a second. It completely ruins the flow of the gameplay and makes hunting for collectibles incredibly annoying. The Cause: The community has already figured out why this happens: It’s a server synchronization issue. Because the Ultimate Edition adds so many cars and cosmetic items to the inventory, the save file becomes bloated. Every time a collectible is triggered, the game tries to sync this massive inventory with the EA servers, causing a heavy delay/stutter. Steps to Reproduce: - Have the Ultimate Edition installed (or an inventory with a massive amount of cars/items). - Play in Story Mode while connected to the EA Servers. - Drive through a collectible (e.g., smash a bear or a billboard). - Observe the massive stutter immediately upon collection. Current (Unsatisfactory) Workarounds: Playing completely offline: This fixes the stutter because the game doesn't sync to the server. However, this is not a real solution as it can bug out or block Trophy/Achievement progression. Selling cars: Keeping the combined garage (Story + Multiplayer) well under 200 cars mitigates the issue. But since we paid for the Ultimate Edition and its content, having to delete our cars just to make the game run smoothly shouldn't be the answer. The Singleplayer experience is suffering heavily from this bug. Is there any chance the team could look into optimizing the save-file sync process or patching this issue? I recently redownloaded NFS Unbound to see if the game fixed itself. It did, for a bit. As I am back to dealing with that stupid dreaded issue. Can't earn money no matter what, Error Code F06, and cant launch an online game becuase of it. This is ridiculous. GET IT FIXED NOW EA.
Faced a bug or a glitch of on going event of bugatti chiron super sports 300+
I was playing my last day (day 7) of live on giong convergence event and was racing for event 15 for car and when I started the racing after I have reached about half of the game their was a roadblock and I was avoiding it suddenly on a free space for my car on a roardblock was like crashing in the roadblock and all other oppents was already wrecked and a message of wrong way was being displayed on top as normally and it redirects me to the behind of that roadblock and was again crashing until I saw wrecked message on my screen
Speech Focus Bug
Product: Need for Speed: Unbound Platform:PC Summarize your bug Speech Focus OFF doesn't actually disable the Speech Focus How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the campaign as usual. Everytime someone talks the speech is in focus with everything else being lowered even with the option in OFF. What happens when the bug occurs? Setting does nothing. What do you expect to see? I'd expect the dialogue not making everything else super quiet with the option on OFF. Literally doesn't do anything, I have it OFF and it still lowers the volume everytime someone talks, it's extremely annoying. The sound mixing in this game is generally awful, even the car sounds are tied to the effects for some reason so you can't hear the car half the time.
Need for Speed: Unbound save game progress was completely lost/reset.
Hi everyone and EA Support Team, On 20 January 2025, I experienced a severe issue where my entire Need for Speed: Unbound save game progress was completely lost/reset. Here are the details of what was lost from my account: - My entire car collection vanished. The only car remaining in my inventory is my Lotus Evija. - All of my single-player/story progress and achievements have been reset. I previously sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received a response or resolution yet. Since local save backups do not recover this data and cloud sync appears to have overwritten my profile with the reset state, I am reaching out here for assistance. Won't let me play online unless I turn off crossplay and then I'm always the only player in lobby. Error code DR1001. I have managed sometimes to connect with crossplay enabled but rarely. It will sometimes let me on pvp but nobody on there. I can play story mode no problem but already played through story multiple times.Missing cars/missing content
Hello, my name is Henry and I haven’t played NFS Unbound in a hot minute. Decided to hop back onto to game and load up story mode. For some reason I only see a total of 3 cars (one being the beginner car). I have the NFS Palace Upgrade. It’s installed and everything. Ik for a fact I had roughly 7-8 cars about in total. For some reason it’s not there. Any idea on how to fix this? P.S playing on Xbox and I did uninstall and reinstall again. Thanks!
