Unfortunately i have tried every single step from this troubleshooting guide and the game is still not starting even after re installing it.

Can you let us know if switching between your mobile data connection and Wi-Fi has any effect please?

Yeah i checked switching between data and wi-fi connection and i tried also with VPN connection but only its stucked on loading screen and the sound in background is there and only repeatig, i left it 10 mins in loading but nothing changes

Have you ever been able to play this game? It is possible there is a geographical restriction causing this.

This is first time im purchasing it and downloading and i have never been able to play the game

I had have the same issue, but I played it many times before, since 2 weeks ago the game keeps launching and not starting, when this problem first begging I restated my phone and worked,but now NOTHING.... two days ago I played it on my iPod touch and worked I haven't tried since then... its an awesome game please give us a solution ASAP

I have tried all the steps on the troubleshooting, nothing worked, I been playing on my iPod touch without any issue, I think the issue comes from the Game Center Log in, because the game stops launching on my iPhone when the notification of welcome to the Game Center on IOS takes place... cause on my iPod touch the game continues with the welcome notification of the Game Center... pictures are attached, the first one is from my iPod touch and continues with the game, the second comes from my iPhone 7 and do not continues with the game and stays like that forever. Thank you

Do you see a similar situation on any other Game Center linked games?

I have checked all my games linked to the Game Center and the only one not working is Most Wanted, actually I have 2 other NFS games (Hot Pursuit and No Limits) and they work perfectly fine.

Hi there,

I currently don't have access to an iOS device, but to my knowledge Game Center has been discontinued? If you're still running or connecting to that then it might cause an issue.
