Is it possible to have all Vinyls unlocked related to car during special event?

i don't really know where to start,but here is what i think,we all know we are one way or the other gonna get all the special edition cars from the #NoLimits so isn't it just unfair to do that number of perfect starts,drifts,airtimes etc again when we won it?

isn't that possible that we get those vinyls unlocked for the car during the special event,whether we won it or not,so atleast we can access that much of Vinyl for the car,

In other words,Like we need 100 Perfect Starts for Stripe Vinyl for each ride,how about you count all the perfect Starts we do during the special event as well,it will only help us to access the vinyls easily,and even if we don't win the car during the special or maybe buy it later,we can atleast have those vinyly unlocked as we completed their Requirement to unlock it,instead of doing those 100 Perfect Lauches again after we buy/win the car.

I think this might help us for making our creativity,rest is in your hands
