The online mode will ble completly seperated from the Single Player, so dont worry but we dont know how the gameplay will be except you can freeroam with friends and race. EA dident talk about that on Gamescom at all, they only shared detail about the SP mode. SO no there will not bee a MMO,anyway the best tip i can give you is wait until the game is out. Check out some youtubers or tvitch gamers, they will most likely show you both the Singleplayer gameplay and MP gameplay- Since EA dont make Demo for NFS longer, so if you are in doubt of preording it. Then you should wait until its out and you have seen some more footage,
